Shipment Processing Time

To ensure every bake is crafted with the care it deserves, all orders are processed within 5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

High Volume & Delays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Damages & Claims

Cake Cult London is not liable for any delays once the product has been dispatched, nor for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, your experience matters to us.

 

- If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

- Please also notify us immediately via email so we can assist with the claim process.

​

- Important: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods as evidence for the carrier.

 

 

 

BOUTIQUE STUDIO COLLECTIONS (ENFIELD)

 

Collection by Appointment Only

Our primary collection point is now our Private Boutique Studio in Enfield (EN1). To maintain a calm and professional environment, we do not have "walk-in" shop hours.

 

How it Works:

 

1. Book Your Slot: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email to confirm a specific 1-hour collection window.

​

2. Current Collection Days: Thursday – Saturday (Times confirmed upon booking).

​

3. Arrival: Full address and a pin-drop location will be sent once your time slot is confirmed.

​

4. Proof of Order: Please have your Order ID or confirmation email ready on your phone for collection.

FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

 

Your Safety is Our Priority.

At Cake Cult London, all of our final products are 100% Vegan. However, please be aware that our bakes are prepared in a studio where non-vegan ingredients (including dairy and eggs) may be present.

 

While we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and use dedicated equipment for our professional bakes, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free from trace allergens due to the nature of a home kitchen environment.

 

Our kitchen regularly handles:

 

- Wheat & Gluten

- Soy & Legumes (including Chickpeas)

​

- Nuts (including Peanuts and Tree Nuts)

​

- Hazelnuts

 

Serious Allergies:

We take the health and safety of our customers extremely seriously. Because we cannot guarantee a total absence of cross-contamination, we reserve the right to decline orders for clients with severe or life-threatening allergies.
