    No refunds or changes can be made for cancellation which is less than 48 hours before the delivery date . Please speak to us on 07494597669

    Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges We take pride in our desserts and cakes, should you have any further questions feel free to contact us.

    UK WIDE POSTAL DELIVERY

     

    Shipment processing time 

    All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

    Damages

    Cake Cult London is not liable for any delays once the product has been dispatched nor are we liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim

     

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
